Stocktake Batch - File - Hold

Use this option to save a stocktake batch for updating, editing, printing and/or posting at a later time.

1. Display the Stocktake Batch screen for the required stocktake batch.

Refer to "Creating a New Stocktake Batch" or "Recalling a Stocktake Batch".

2. Select FILE | HOLD.

Micronet saves the batch and redisplays the Stocktake Batch screen.

You can retrieve the batch at a later time using the FILE | LOAD options on the Stocktake Batch screen.
